If you hear a slight hum in the gas tank when you first turn on the key for 2 seconds the pump is working. Have the fuel pressure checked by a mechanic, it should be about 60 psi. It's usually located just before the injectors. Also have each injector wire pulse checked (light test) to see if there is enough spark to them. Have the ICM Ignition Control Module unit located under the rotor checked for enough spark also. My Trans Am had the same problem, turned out to be a shorted out injector causing it not to fire. If you can get to the wires to the injectors, pull one at a time while cranking to see if it starts or not. If you find that one that's faulty and unplugged the engine will start. That would be one problem. Also have the cars CPU checked to make sure it is not faulty also.

have you checked the alternator.? what relays are clicking thinking injector and fuel pump relays. also fuel pump fail will make engine not run or will run for a second or 2. on the injection line you will find a valve push this down if fuel squirts out then this is not the problem. but its more likely to be no fuel and you have flattered the battery. so it will need a good charge.

It wont turn over we have checked the ignition changed all teh relays. it will start on occasion but after once it wont so anything but click once. not the starter or the ignition and the battery is brand...

If the engine doesn't turn over it is not a fuel issues as fuel will keep it from starting. However the engine will still turn over what is more likely is a starting system concern since it just clicks it is probably the starter or starter circuit. again the fuel pump cut off only turns off power to pump which will cut fuel.. engine will still crank.

My 2002 Intrigue will not start and seems it is starving for fuel.

You said you checked the pump. Is the pump getting voltage after the 3 or 4 seconds from the relay ?
You get voltage for the pump in the first 3 seconds then none if the engine does not start and produce oil pressure. That is to prevent a fire in a wreck.
Can you jumper the pump relay and hear the pump run past 3 seconds ?

1996 plymouth grand voyager wont start

It could be a number of thing's , wouldn't think the battery cables or connections . If they were bad it would have started in the first place . Timing belt ! There again , it wouldn't start in the first place . The crank sensor would not have anything to do with the starter spinning the engine over . The fuel pump will only run for two seconds when the key is first turned on , this is to prime the fuel system ! The fuel pump will not be turned on again untill the engine is cranking , or running . The fuel pump is controlled by the PCM - engine computer through a relay (fuel pump relay) Samething for the starter control , has a relay . Testing for control of the relay ,.at the relay ! In the under hood fuse / relay box ! Find the starter motor relay an pull it out an look on the bottom , you will see four sets of numbers . 30 , 87 & 85 , 86 . 30 should have B+ volt , testing with a volt meter . 87 goes down to the starter solenoid . If you take a piece of 12 gage wire an jump these two spots in the fuse / relay box , the starter will engage if the battery , cables an the starter are good ! The other two 85 & 86 are the contol side of the relay .86 should have B+ voltage an 85 goes to the PCM , where it will supplie a ground IF ,there are no problems with the park neutral safety switch . Or also if your vehicle has a anti-theft system an no problems ! Also your vehicle has a relay called a ASD - auto shut down relay , this relay powers up a lot of systems on your vehicle , i would also check it , Relays do good bad .

Engine turns over fine , car will not start.

well the first part of your question i was all ready to tell you to put a new fuel pump in, now not so sure, there is a relay for fuel pump, can you hear pump cycle and relay click? relay under hood you will have to listen close they don't run long maybe a couple secounds, if you don't relay bad. if you do pump could be bad, do fuel pressure test pump could be weak. don't think sunroof and turn signals are related, but stranger things have happend.

It might not be the relay you are hearing, but the electronic fuel pump (located in the gas tank....yeh!!!) turning on and off. Have you had this checked out??
