Question about 1991 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
My 1990 chevy truck i tested the oil pressure switch there was only one wire on it looked dim it looked like it was coming from the fuse box side and no current to the fuel pump relay i disconneceted the oil pressure switch and tried to bypass the oil pressure switch and did not have enough current to click the fuel pump relay all i heard a rattle sound then i tried to connect it direct from the battery it started like nothing was wrong Can it be the switch
Yes a bad oil pres switch can shut off the fuel pump also,but not very often
