Question about 2003 Toyota Tundra
I just purcahsed a 2004 Toyota Tundra. Check engine light keeps comming on and forcing the vehicle into "fail safe mode". When this happens the gas pedal has no affect until you shut off and restart the engine. The dealer has it again for the third time in a week since I purchased it. The feel it is a voltage issue. Have you heard anything like this before.
Delete the error codes and relearn the idle speed control valve.

Tell your dealer to replace the electronic throttle motor. This is your problem.
