im not going to try to guess at your problem and waste your time. but here is what i can do. so untill you get this fixed try some RAIN-X on your windshield and follow the directions on the bottle or it doesnt work so well. you need a wiring schematic you wont find one for free. we use Alldata.com and they have a great section on wiring. this is what all the pros use .

Wet,check your fuse box under the hood,any water coming in under dash ?loose connection inside or out,check ignition remember do you have a key in good shape /;Did this happen in park /driving ?bring it in to a trusted mech..
