Question about 1995 Volkswagen Golf
There are two oil level sensors on ur motor. One is on the engine block near the distributor cap and the other one is on the engine head on ur right hand side when facing the engine. The sensors have only one wire and they are covered in a rubber "boot" . If I remember, one has a black connector and the other a white connector. Replace them both IF UR OIL LEVEL IS OK.

That means you're low on oil - check the level and add appropriately.
