My Toyota axio 2008 power steering and radio go off and I have to change the fuse what can cause the fuse to blow?

The radio may have a short blowing the fuse. The power steering ECU could also be the culprit since it's electronic on a Toyota.

check the fuses again, sometimes they blow right after you install them.
there may be a short in the wiring causing them to pop.

When turning on the stock stereo of the 91 toyota corolla nothing happens, lcd panel lights up but no sound or display, is there a reset code?

Radios often have 2 fuses, 1 for ALWAYS ON, 1 for ACC. It's possible that the always on fuse may be blown, if the radio isn't asking for a code. I'm unfamiliar with your particular car but radios can sometimes have a fuse behind them as well as the one in the fuse panel.

Please replace all your fuses. Some of the fuses are bad. This should fix it for you. Cheers.

Radio no power which is maching fuse

There are two fuses that power the radio. The 15 amp CIG fuse and the 15 amp DOME fuse.
AT the radio connector, you should have 12 volt power in the GREY wire (this is the main power from the CIG fuse) and 12 volt power in the BLUE with YELLOW tracer (this is memory power from the DOME fuse). If you have power in botrh of these circuits, suspect the radio being bad.
