A leaking heater core will allow water to run out of the case under the dash and pool under the carpet.

What can cause floor in the back, (behind the front passenger seat) to be soaked with water (& I mean SOAKED) ?

I assume there are no leaks in the windows or sunroof.
One probable cause, is the Air Conditioning unit. On all cars there is a drain line for the AC unit. As a unit runs, it produces condensation. (Just as a bottle of cold water produces condensation in a warm, humid area). That water has to go somewhere, so there is a drain at the bottom of the system. That drain (which comes out under the car, usually centered under the dashboard area), can become clogged or pinched and leave the water to accumulate in the system base, (again inside the car, under the dash). When this happens, the water will seep under the carpet and find the lowest area, which in this case, is the floorboard in the back seat area.

I have water under the passanger side seat that goes back to the passanger side back seat. What is this from?

Well if it leaks after a heavy rain, then suspect your windshield seal is simply bad and needs resealed.if it is anytime, then it sounds like you have either a heater core leak or a hose to the core. All that is contained under the dash on the passenger side. You will need to take off the plastic covers under the dash on that side then get up under the dash with a flashlight and look while the car is running.Let it get hot and turn the heat on also then just look for the leak.if it is really wet you wont have to wait long with the car running and the heat one to see the leak.

Publication Date: January 17, 2006
FORD: 2005/06 Freestyle
ISSUE: Some 2005 Freestyle vehicles may exhibit a water leak at the right front passenger compartment. This may be due to grommet for rear washer fluid line at dash not being fully seated.
ACTION: Inspect windshield washer grommet from inside vehicle under dash and properly seat if out of position. Pull carpet back and reach under bulkhead pad to install. Removal of instrument panel is not required. (Figure 1)

My inside light wont turn off and also i hear like there is a gallon of water sum where around the dash or floorboard oh and is it normal 2 hear a noise under the driver side after u turn the car off i...

The inside light may be because one of the doors isnt pushing the button (switch) that turns the lights off. Or one of them is shorted. The water you hear in your dashboard may be a bad heatercore leaking inside the canister that its in. The noise under the seat may have something to do with a automatic seat adjustment that might be fryed if you have power seats. Some seats, when you turn off the key, they will automatically bring the seat back from the steering wheel making it easier to get out.

My 95 Jeep GC's little display computer goes blank.

I don't remember that being a very common problem for the Vehicle Information Center. Sounds like you may need to replace the unit to solve it. But try this first. Most of the dash circuit grounds are actually grounded under the drivers seat under the carpet. I was dealing with some dash electrical issues for my friend. She didn't realize she had over a inch of standing water under the carpet. The harness was laying in water. The carpet is pretty water tight so the water didn't evaporate.(I found an hole in the firewall for an accessory that was not longer there) Try to feel under the carpet and see if it is wet. If so pull the seat, get the carpeting pulled up and get dried out. Then make sure clean those grounds.
