Sounds like the combination switch is bad. The comination switch is for the turn signals and high beams and sometimes cruise control and windshield wipers. The combination switch is the turn signal lever. Also might want to check turn signal flasher operation.

Must have a blown fuse. High beams, all power windows except sunroof, and turn signals not working. Which fuse could it be? Checked all the individual fuses all of which appear to be OK.

I don't think it could be a fuse , power windows an sunroofs are usually powered by a circuit breaker, the same circuit breaker ! High beams an low beams would be powered by same fuse . This sounds like a (BCM) body control module problem . It just depends on the make ,model an year vehicle .The turn signals would be powered by a separate fuse. You can check it out on a wiring diagram at http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free ! Enter your vehicle info .

Turn signals and high beams

First check around all the lights (front, rear, headlight, turn signal, parking, fog, etc..) for loose, broken, or bare wires, and/or loose , broken, or bad connectors. Any of these could cause the lighting to short. If everything is in good working order, then the problem will most likely lie with switch inside the column (the lever).

Check high beam fuse, refers to owner manual for fuse map. If fuse ok, remove high beam bulb, don't break anything, look the filament for breakage, yes you can see it, replace bulb.

Head lights not working

check your relays, they are like big fuses in your engine compartment, if your low beam and high beam relays are the same model, switch them and see if this enables low beams and disables the high beams. if it not the relays, or fuses, then it is probably your wiring harness, an expensive repair.
