98 Dakota that missis at idle I put new plugs/wires/cap/rotar and it still does it, not as bad it drives fine on freeway

When you say misses do you mean idling up and down. If so that could be a vacuum leak. Or even your tps. If it is a miss maybe a weak ignition coil.

Over fueling on a 93 bronco 5.8

The O2 will never cause over fueling as you call it. Have you run a fuel pressure test? Have you checked for fault codes? I would think that you may have a fuel pressure regulator that has a ruptured diaphragm. It is at the back of the fuel injector supply rail ands has a vacuum hose attached to it, pull the hose and see if fuel gushes out.

Toyotas are notorious for the ignitors going bad. It is inside the distributor and is serviced only by replacing the entire distributor.

Hi my pulsar idles/drives allryt till it gets warm then when its warmed up it want idle at all and when you cruse it missis and compresor surges but put your foot up it and it goes fine

Please check your fueling system. While clod car need rich AFR, in contrary while engine hot , your car need lean AFR. This why your car is running bad while engine cold.

Motor sluggish and missing

tune-up or possibly an O2 sensor. usually the check engine light will come on but maybe it's malfunctioning.

Kangaroing kango

Does your kango have an EGR valve? I had a 2001 1.9DCi scenic and quite often the EGR valve would foul up with carbon and not allow it to shut. I simply removed it and cleaned it and it would go great for a few months until the same thing happened.
