Windows will not go up or down

that is a safety feature to stop children playing with windows. On my Lexus ES330, there is a button just ahead of the driver's 4 button window control. It controls whether passengers can use windows or not on the other three doors. Consult your manual

Page 55 and 56 refers to it as a child safety switch, it is marked 'S' on the diagram and is behind your 4 switches on the right.

Try calibrating first,window up & hold switch for 3-4 seconds window down hold 3-4 seconds then back up & hold 3-4 seconds,check for the auto down to work if not then most likely the master switch is needed.

The last couple of times I have seen this complaint, the "Lock" button on the master (driver's door) switch had been depressed. Unlatching the lock button (pushing it again) solved the problem. On most cars, when the lock button is depressed, the windows can still be operated by the driver, but prevent the windows from being operated by the passengers. Toyota is different. If the lock button is depressed, nobody, including the driver can work the wndows.

the motor window is worn out which is common. You will have to remove all screws on door panel and then pry panel off. You will then have access to the motor. It may have soldered wires on it. Others can pull off, or you can cut wires up stream and twist back together later with new motor

If your other windows work, then it is not a fuse. You may need to have your window motor replaced.
