There is a warning light on the dashboard for my BMW 318i 1999 model. It is the shape of a circular gear with internal teeth with an exclamation mark inside the circle. It appears next to the indication for your gear position. What could this be. Coincidentally the car is now erratic in idling and the engine cuts out as soon as I try to accelerate on take off.
