Question about 1994 Toyota Tercel
How do I remove the dash on the lower left driver's side to get at the flasher? I already bought a replacement flasher but just don't know how to get at the old one behind the dash. Is it safe to unscrew the dash plate?
Try this before you pull the dash. Turn the ignition switch on, then, by hand, move the turn signal on an off slowly, while at the same time look under the dash. As the turn signal goes on and off each time you move the handle, you will be able to hear it click. Follow the click and you may find it is within reach without pulling the dash.
