When i hit the gas the car acts like its going to stall 95 cadillac sls do you think its a bad spark plug

When the engine is turning without ignition but is injecting fuel, that fuel and air is pumped through the engine into the exhaust where it will build up until sooner or later it will ignite with explosive force.

This is what happens when there is a bad misfire due to an ignition fault.

I suggest you check your spark plugs and ensure there is a powerful spark available at each spark plug.

Check your timming specs. If OK go to fuel filter, spark plugs and vacume hoses.

I would start by replacing the spark plugs. Could also possibly have a bad spark plug wire and/ or a bad coil. Another possibility is a bad fuel injector, but most likely cause is plugs.

its could be the fuel pump, if its going bad then it could be causing stall and a gas hose could be bad to and is only allowing a little gas to motor causing it to stall also

Try this,after dark ,open the hood, spray the plug wires with windex,(not just water) start the engine and look for the sparks along the wires,if you see, any replace the wires.chances are it will look like the 4th of july.

Hello: sounds like you may have a restricted catalytic converter.

First question: When was last "healthy" tune up? Plugs, plug wires, ALL filters especially FUEL filter? I'd start there, giving yourself a good base/ "ground zero" starting point. 90% of stalling issues are maintenance related. If it continues after tune up, run a good fuel system cleaner through it, then have a good local parts store IE: Advance, Autozone, etc... do a FREE OBII (fault scan) that will pull all faults computer has logged,

Sounds like you migh have plugs gapped wrong or bad plug wires

coolant reservoir, should have a cap on it that says engine coolant only, or directly in the radiator. why are you adding antifreeze though, is it low?

I have a 1994 sls it will not go into 2nd gear. I have replaced the transmission 3 times already and i still have the same problem.
