Check the brake pedal switch, it may be sticky, or faulty.

While im driving it will start locking and unlocking itself rapidly and now whenever i get out and lock it, it will just unlock again and wont stay locked. please help

It might be the Shifter Lock - Unlock switch. Use the following to check:
Look under the dash, on the brake pedal arm. There are one or two switches that activate brake lights and/or shift unlock. Check for loose mounting nut or a missing rubber nubber. Is the brake pedal coming all the way back up? Look on the floor for something not usually found there. These switches are adjustable and it may be as simple as adjusting them. Have a helper look for brake lights on and shift lever unlocked while you push and release the switches with your finger. Depress the brake pedal to get it out of the way. Remember to set the park brake first. Could just be a bad switch or loose connector. Check fuses and the bulbs. Is shifter fully in Park? Also try jiggling the turn signal lever.
Make sure the return spring on brake pedal works properly holding pedal up firmly. It could be "jiggling" while you drive.

Abs and parkin light on and the right front wheel locked up i had to back up to get it unlocked then when i drove it made funny grinding noises brakes wouldnt work properly it is a 2006 2500 dodge 4\4...

It sounds like you have a seized brake caliper. If you jack up that wheel and it wont spin or it is hard to turn you have a caliper not working right.

My cars shift lock wont disengage so i have to use a screw driver to unlock and the brake lights dont work

Check your stop/brake light fuse. It's the same fuse that sends current to the shift lock, to unlock it when you step on the brake pedal. If the fuse is good, then have your brake switch, located above the brake pedal, checked.

2006 TRAILBLAZER WONT START AND GEAR SHIFT BUTTON WONT DEPRESS

it's possible that the brake light switch on your brake pedal arm could be bad. this controls both the brake lights and the solenoid that unlocks the shifter to allow the button to be depressed. as far as the truck not starting, the shifter linkage may need adjusting on the transmission.
