Question about Ford E-350
Check your battery terminals for corrosion clean cable ends for a good contact if ends have been changed to after market bolt and nut style make sure the wire going into the ends has not corroded and got oxidized if so take ends off cut fresh wire back if there is enough cable to still reach battery put new ends on if not wire brush existing wire and put new ends on

I hate to tell you but i think you have a weak starter what happens is the windings in the starter short giving the starter less torque.

not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can
be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it
can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or
no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition
