On that model of van, you will have to remove the screws on the lower side of the panel, and in the door handle. The window crank handle has a spring clip in it that takes a special tool that is available at any parts store, but very easy to use (you just slide it up and down inside of the handle a few times, and it should pop off). After you have the screws, and handle off, you will need to "pop" the panel loose from the door. whille pulling on the sides of the panel, look inside of the panel to see if you can locate the pop in fasteners. When located, you'll have to have a screw driver, or similar object to pry the panel off of the door. (some of the fasteners might break, but are available at the part store) After the panel is loose, be careful of the door release handle, and with the window in the down position, take all of the switches loose from the panel and carefully raise the panel up and out.I hope that this is helpfull.

the cheapest way to replace your window motor would be to go to a salvage yard to get the replacement. they are not very hard to install the hardest part of the job is removing the door panel without breaking the clips that hold it in place. just slide a big flathead screwdriver in between the plastic door panel and the metal door frame and twist the screwdriver that way the clips wont break on you.

after removing all visible screws on the door panel, the window crank(if equipped) and likely the door handle; the panels just snap/pop off and on.

Interior or exterior handle? Remove the door panel first. They make a special tool for removing the window crank, but usually you can get it off with a screwdriver. There is a little clip under the crank that needs to be removed first. Then remove the door handle itself, this has a screw in it. Then pull the panel off. With the window in the fully down position or the up position you should be able to get to the handle itself for the exterior. If it's an interior handle just remove that without taking the door handle off. This is all pretty self explanatory once you see it.

The handle slides over the window crankshaft and uses splines to match the window crank shaft splines as to avoid slippage. It's held in place with a simple open ended spring clip that snaps onto the handle. To remove the spring clip you can use or purchase a window handle removal tool or use a small pick bent at 90 deg. The clip is located between the handle and the door panel. Using your fingers or a soft tool, spread the handle and door panel away from each other and look between the two to see the clip. With the pick, get under the clip and pull it outward and it will pop off over the window regulator shaft and handle.

The book says 1. remove panel pull strap 2. remove door handle bezel 3. on 1995-2001 models,remove power accesory panel and trim panel upper extension. 4. remove armrest screws and pad. 5. remove window handle,I guess if not power windows.
KD makes a tool to go in between door panel and door to pop the door clips loose. KD 3705
You will also have to have a window crank tool if it is manual window. KD431

there is a tool for that, you can get it fairly cheap at most auto parts stores. there is a clip that snaps into the crank. you can do it without the tool. push in on the door panel around the crank handle and look behind the base of the handle. you will see a slot. you should see something silver in that slot. that is the "U" shaped clip. Rotate the handle until you see the ends of that clip. push on the ends of the clip with two flat head screw drivers (or the special tool)and it wil pop off. then you can pull the handle off.
