Question about 2003 Audi A4 Cabriolet
I am silly enough to have locked keys in car, and only have 1 key, NRMA have come out and said they cannot get into the car due to the window sills.....apart from paying a fortune for audi to pick up and tow the car to audi to try and get the keys out....any suggestions?
Go to a dealer with your title and photo ID, and they can look up the key code based on the VIN number of the car, and cut you a key that will work. HOWEVER, Audi keys are different than most (as you've seen I'm sure), and are laser-cut. They can cost upwards of $200 each. That's still cheaper than repairing the damage that is likely from trying to break into the car though. It may be your only bet.
