Drive a 93 318 bm 4 door, the windows stopped workin (drivers window the passengers window and the sun roof) thought it was the drivers side moter, got another 1 the day and they still dont work, all the fuses are ok???
You may have tried this already but just in case. there is a button that has a picture of a window and a zigzag arrow on it. on my car it is located right next to the steering wheel on the right. i just found out that is a lock window button so press it once to see if your windows will unlock and go down. it is such a simple thing the mechanics might not want to try it so they can make more money.

That could be a leak around the windshield. Try driving in the rain, this creates suction to the inside of the car, pulling water into it. If water starts filling in then you have a crack somewhere along the edge of your windows seal. It would likely be leaking down behind the dashboard where you can't really see it. I had a Malibu where somebody crashed my passenger door, after that was fixed by the insurance company, I was driving down the highway, and noticed water pooling in the passenger floorboard. I was alarmed, and called the insurance company claiming the body shop they paid to fix the car messed it up more. But I took it to safelight first, and insurance paid for a new window. Then the leak stopped.
I had the same problem with my jeep. If you aren't positive that it is your sun roof check to make sure that your doors are shutting completely. One way to check is by pouring water along the crack where your door meets the body of your car. My sun roof as well as my drivers side door had a leak in them and instead of getting the sun roof fixed I had sealant put around the rim of the window and I haven't had any problems since.
just recently had the same problem...i read that if you hold ur window button down for 5 seconds it should reset the windows..also check if your window lock button is down(drivers side) same goes for the sun roof.
I am the original owner of camry xle 1998 with wet floors. In 2000 I had drivers side door seal leaking at welt. Removed old door seal and new weather strip on drivers side installed. The door panel was never wet, but wet at bottom of door where there are drain holes...slowly leaking under carpet.
In 2001 later water again. Coming from overflowing A/C evaporator-drain plugged/ tank full of debris. Removed evaporator, cleaned + drain cleaned.
In 2003, driver door seal against window rotted. Removed door panel and found leak at window belt molding at the mirror joint inside + out. Lots of mold under carpet needed to replace! Made a fuss at dealers for reacurring problem and they replaced the carpet for free.
It may be a circuit breaker. My windows and door locks stopped working, even after checking all fuses and replacing Main Driver side door switch! Found three circuit breakers that you can reset with a paper clip or small screwdriver. They were black with an aluminum cover on top. They don't come out easily, just insert the pin on each one.
