My 1995 non Turbo 2.0 Standard Transmission Talon done the same thing. I changed the ignition switch Ignition relay, crank sensor and cam sensor. The check engine light was on but just before it would die it would go off and I would hear a click in the dash board area and within about a minute the car would die. It would be like someone just turn the key off. Then I would roll the ignition back to the off position and then forward and it would restart. It was acting like I was reseting the computer when I would roll the key to the off position and come to find out that was exactly what I was doing. I did not consider the ECM (Computer) to be bad because when I bought the car they just had it replaced and it was under warranty. I had taken it back to the the shop and I had them keep the car for a week and it finially did it and they replaced the computer for free. But they went through 2 more remanufactured ECM that came from Chrysler till they found a good one.

Eather your syncrose are wore out or your shifter isnt lined up right. most likely the syncros are bad because it doesnt shift hard in other gears. a tranny rebuild is the best solution.

Wont go into any gears

Have you had someone watch the shift levers on the transmission to see if they are moving when you are inside the car ?
You should be able to put the transmission into a gear from under the hood.
Could be a problem with the clutch.

Eagle talon will not shift.

A transmission usually does this if it can't read the turbine speed. Some cars use the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) for shifting and others use the TSS (turbine speed sensor) for shifting.

The TSS has a single bolt and a 4-wire connector. If your speedometer works, then I would suspect the TSS is bad. It'll be found in the transmission. Just follow the wires you see running to the tranmission and look for the 4-wire sensor with a single bolt.

I have a 95 eagle talon esi 2.0 i have replaced

Sounds like you have a timing or elctrical issues, try checking your voltage from your battery and alterantor, if it checks out fine move on to your timing. The timing is tricky but very critical with these cars

1993 Eagle Talon

This may be caused by incorrect fluid in the transaxle or incorrect fluid level.

My guess would be fluid level- as the fluid warms up and expands, the level actually increases slightly and the fluid is slightly thinner which would be easier to be "flung" around inside the transaxle case.

Hope this is helpful!!
