It could be as simple as a filament in one of the bulbs is arching to ground, first check all the bulbs, if they check out ok,, check the flasher unit for the blinkers

The choke function is not working on a cold engine. 1 clean throttle body and IAC motor air pathways. 2. Check for engine codes, you are looking for a code that relatws to the wngine temperature sensor.
Simple fix took me five minutes: 1.Gain access to the fuse/relay box thingy under the drivers side dash. It has a black plastic cover and two big black plastic screws, which don't really require tools. 2. turn on ignition and engage turn signal that is not working. 3. There is a module (cube shaped relay thingy at the top right of fuse-relay panel) Move it around, pull out and back in to re-establish connection. If your signal starts up, then that is it.
Is it cranking over fast enough? If you are trying to start an engine that also was drained of all fluids, it usually needs a little more power to crank over fast enough the first time. Try "jumping" it with another vehicle to make sure it is cranking over fast enough. What exactly is happening when you try to start it?

i had the same problem, i dont remember the name of the piece but its mounted right in between the driver side headlight and the radiator. its a relay that turns the fans on when the car gets hot. its mounted on the body of the car. there should be wires leading from the radiator to the piece im talking about.... good luck I also paid about 35 dollars for the piece
These are seperate fuses and seperate turn signal falsher which evenually go into the same wiring. See my answer to your previous question. Good luck and hope it helps.
