Question about 1999 Chevrolet Corvette
My windshield wipers wont shut off, where should I look to fix this problem
My 2001 Chevrolet Malibu had the same problem. The wipers would not stop. wipers wouldn't turn off. The problem was the wiper control module filled with water, seals break down with time. The wiper control module is attached to the front of the wiper motor under a black cover (three screws). I had to remove both wiper arms and the plastic debris guard between the window and the hood. Unplug the harness attached to the wiper motor, remove the three screws. The board is in te plastic cover. I pulled board out. dried it, put it back in and sealed the compartment with silicon. Works like new.

Usually this is the circuit board in the wiper motor unless your car has a separate amplifier for the wiper motor. I would call the dealer parts department and ask what the common failure is.
