Question about 2004 BMW 3 Series
My horn has suddenly stopped working. I found this out when another BMW tried to turn into me. How can I fix this?
I am experimenting the same problem, however the stering wheels controls for the radio, and the phone are not working either, I belive that it all is conected somhow... my guess is that it was disconected by someone as i gought the car like that but didn't notice it until I had to use the horn...
I have checked all the fuses several times but nothing.
Sounds like a prob in the connection to your steering wheel. the steering wheel has a special connection that allows all the functions on it to be connected via a rotating connection (did i say connection enough...? lol) i dont know the terminology behind it, but that rotating thing is what lets you turn the wheel. Otherwise, regular connections with simple wires would bunch up everytime you turn the wheel. It sounds like something came loose or just lost connection in there..
sorry so vague. im a novice at this.
