No power at all, no power windows no radio just dead? can not jump start, just died while driving? 97 dodge neon

check your battery connections. the wires should be tight around the battery terminals. also check your ground by following the wire from the negative battery terminal to wherever it is bolted to the engine block and checking the connection. i am sure this is just a loose connection.

My Dodge Neon will crank, but not start?

If you are asking about the battery light, there is a battery temperature sensor at the front of the battery tray to the right of the battery holddown hardware. If the snow loosened the wires or blocked the airflow to the sensor, the battery light will come on. The battery and alternator voltage can be correct, and the sensor will make the light come on.
