Question about Hyundai Elantra
Well as far as the light goes you have a bad connection, most likely one of the connectors near the bulb or the bulb socket itself.
As far as the AC goes I am sure the problem is the AC compressor cycling switch, this is located in the low pressure AC line, this line gets cold when the AC is on, replace the switch, they are known for sticking and causing a loss of AC cooling.
