I dont think changing the springs had anything to do with your abs unless the guy that installed them did something wrong.
Check first to see if your abs works.
drive fast, floor the brakes, if your tires lock... you have no abs.
IF you do have abs, find out why the light is on from a mechanic. It could lead to future abs failure, which if you want to replace the abs module, your talking about a grand.
