1991 nissan maximacharging problem. Had the alt. and the voltage regulator checked at two places and they said it was fine switched out the battery. No joy. I'm starting to think maybe a fuse or r

I don't have a diagram for a 91, but a 95 model has three fuses - the big one ( 100amp or more) a 10amp fuse for the charge light and a 7.5amp for the third circuit. There is no relay in the circuit.
The normal voltage should be 12-12.5 with the engine off and 14.5 with the engine running at 1500 RPM.

Does the fuel pump on a 97 chrysler lhs make sound when the key is on?

check the fuses for the fuel pump then if its good check the wiring for the system.there is also a pump relay in the system to check,if there is no power to the tank unit then changing the pump is not going to fix the problem.

My 2003 civic headlights won't turn on. The parking, high beams, etc. all work fine. What's the fix?

its possible the headlight relay is bad it should be labeled on the fuse / relay box you can swap it out with a different relay( stop light relay ) in the box just to see if that works. Just make sure you don't try and use the fuel pump relay or your vehicle wont start.

Brake lights dont work Bulbs are good and brake light switch is good

The power flow for the brake lights goes like this: Fuse ->Brake switch -> Turn signal switch -> Rear lights. The only difference is, if you have a 3rd brake light in your rear window, that gets its power directly from the brake switch. It does not go thru the signal switch first. So, if you are having a brake light problem, and your fuses are good, check the 3rd light in the rear window, if it lights up (assuming the bulbs are good, no one ever changes them), then the problem is most likely in the turn signal switch, hope this helps!

I am trying to find part numbers. I have a Hyundai Elantra 2005. I need to know the radio fuse number, roof light fuse number and clock fuse number. All of them went out.

Am not sure whether you have the Hyundai Owners Manual. If you don't I find it very worthwhile. Section 6, the "do it yourself section" lists page 6-34 and 6-35 for fuse descriptions. Also on the cover of the fuse box in the car under the ash tray left of the driver is a pictogram, but in any case according to my manual radio and clock are both listed on the "audio" and is in the inner panel, the 10A at the top right(next to the spare). Don't know about your roof light - hope you don't take offense but assume you checked the switch just didn't get set wrong, but if it isn't solved by fixing that one, the manual lists RoomLP controlling the inside lights, which is in the bottom (shorter) row on the far right. Of course, this might not help but if it does I could possibly scan my owner's manual page and email it if you can't find one.

I have a 2000 chevy silverado 1500. 3 nights ago, my truck started up just fine with no problems and has never had a problem starting up. The next morning, I tried to start it and the dash lights and radio...

do you have remote start on that truck? if you do, it has a hood safety switch that will keep it from starting if hood is open. That hood switch is quite easily identifyable. Look for it on the drivers side, either close to the firewall or right at the front of the fuse box.itsa worth taking a look

Check your fusible links (wires that act like a fuse). The fusible links are located on the battery post on the starter, and some are located on the positive battery cable.
