Please, my mercedes benz E320 CDI is showing check engine light, what should i do?

Get out your manual and familiarize yourself with the menu system. You can access the computer system and go in and do a reset while sitting in the drivers seat... but it is always better to understand WHY you have a warning. Your best bet is to take it to an authorized Mercedes dealership and have them look at the fault.

Brake warning comes on. Brakes are good. change senors . 2003 E320 90,000 miles

The brake sensor does many jobs. It senses air in the brake lines, electrical problems with the anti lock system, any other systems associated with the brakes. Have your brake system bled and all systems checked before changing the sensors.

It is imperative that you loosen the caliper bleed screw BEFORE you push the piston back into the caliper. Failure to do so WILL damage the ABS hydraulics.

2003 E320

The E320 in that year range upto approx 2005 uses an auxiliary battery to operate the brake pump when main battery supply was lost or low. The low battery warning you describe can be caused by the aux battery being low. This battery is a small 7Ah battery mounted under the pollen filter in the engine area.
