I take it that this is a 'bubble' (bulge) that resulted from striking the median? The tire has separated internally, and this is now a weak spot on the sidewall. You won't like my advice, but here goes, you should replace the tires. Probably the biggest danger is a blow out at highway speed. High speed and high temperature will work to further separate the tire internally. countrycurt0

Steering vibrates at any speed wheels have been balanced what could it be. when putin nuetral at at any speed the vibration stops .

Out of balance wheels, shifted belts on the tires, loose steering parts can cause a shimmy while driving. Also, if the rotors are warped and the pads are stuck on the slides it will give you a brake pulsation that can be felt constantly even when you're not on the brakes.

Car backed in to mine headlights truned off insurance. Says it was not do to the accidentthey worked be fore he hit me 04 Volkswagen tourage

Get a letter from your dealer or mechanic telling the insurance company that the headlights are indeed result of the accident. Otherwise, you're going to be stuck with whatever it costs.
Consider, too, your deductible. It may turn out that the cost to fix is lower than the deductible, and you will end up paying anyway.

What can cause my back right tire wobble on my 2002 dodge caravan

I hope we can get this solved before you have an accident!
The very most common cause is a "belt" that has slipped or come apart inside your tire. If so, it may blow out any minute.
Check it one of two ways. 1) jack up that end of the van and spin the tire by hand, and see if you can see the "bubble" on the tire. 2) Drive slowly (about 5 or 10 miles an hour) and have someone in another vehicle drive along side you and look at your tire.. They should see the tire wobbling.
Also, though it is not too likely, check the wheel (Not the tire) and see if it is bent or loose or whatever. You can do that the same two ways. Be blessed..

I hit a hole backing out of a driveway and after i heard a noise in the front end from hitting a hole the front tire started to wobble and pull to the left, something is wrong please tell me what

This could be a few things, first try switching a rear tire to the front and see if that helps, you may have bent the rim but you would need to look at it and see is the rim is bent then look at the tie rod end to see if its bent, you could have bent the strut or lower control arm too. i would take a look at the tie rod end and see if its bent, here the thing, you say it wobbles and pulls, a tie rod end or strut or control arm will make the car pull but not wobble, a wobble would be caused by a bent rim or tire witth a bubble and this can make the car pull, tire putting the spare tire on and see if it still pulls and wobbles, if it doesnt then you know its the rim or tire, hope this helps.

My 2001 saturn is making a thumping noise from the right front tire. It is not the tire. Thump.Thump.Thump, as the cars moves forward. there is no shaking, just thumping.

  1. Inspect your tire. Look for any bubbles or knots on the side of the tire. Look for any damage to the tread. A bubble or knot can mean that you hit a curb, pothole or another object on the road. Bubbles and knots can sometimes be repaired, but more often lead to the need for replacement of the tire.
  2. Think about what you were doing when you first noticed the tire noise. If you just hit a pothole or a curb, chances are you have a bubble on your tire and that it needs to be fixed or replaced. If you had recently spun out of control or had to make a forced turn quickly, you might have an alignment problem and the noise might not be a tire issue at all.
  3. Listen to the noise while you're driving. If it's a repeated thud on regular intervals, you likely have a severe knot problem on your tire. Take the car to a tire repair place as soon as possible. Tire knots may not appear serious at first but can be potentially dangerous.
If you have no others noise especially into turns (it would be a suspension problem, i.e., cv joints) then it is a tire issue.

BMW X-3 Front tires will not come off. All lug

buy some liquid wrench and try to spray it behind the rims the best you can and let sit for at least a half an hour. and maybe buy 2 new front rims. because the sledging might make the car shake.

My car is shaking really bad, feels like I keep hitting bumps, even when I'm not...when driving down the highway if I let go of the wheel, it moves itself back and forth really badly...feels like it is...

SImple solution would be the wheels need to be balanced.

Not so simple solutions are
(1) tires that have delaminated the tread or some other failure (Very bad, could result in a blowout, need to be replaced)
(2) Need front end alignment
(3) Rim bent from hitting pothole or curb.

If tires look ok, are not worn out, and don't appear to need replacing, I'd start by getting them balanced. Most places you buy tires today offer road hazard & lifetime balancing, so this may not cost you anything if you return to the place you purchased tires from.

Once on the balance machine, they should be able to determine if items 1 or 3 apply. That just leaves item 2 to consider.

Hit a curb 1999 Ford Taurus SE 16" wheels steering problem

It could be the steering rack but the first thing you should do is have an alignment job done. Even if there is another problem, the hit would almost certainly knocked your suspension out of alignment. So you'll probably need to get this done anyway. If there's still a problem after that, then I'd have your steering looked at. But the alignment may fix it entirely.
