This means you have a short somewhere for whatever it is that the fuse is for, or you aren't using a high enough rated fuse.

Sounds l;ike the horn itself has a short. Try another from a salvage yard. If fuse blows again, it's likely a wire to horn that lost insulation and touching metal.
Good luck.

My 2002 nissan pulsar keeps blowing the taillight fuse, when it blows the fuse the interior lights, cluster lights all stop working, everytime i put a new fuse in it blows up so what should i do?

look for a bear wire in the trunk or somewhere along the way. The circuit is definatly overloaded. It could even be the cigar lighter. Have yuo had any work done lately?

Ignition fuse kepts blowing

then there is a short circuit on that node. try to analyze also what was that 30amps fuse for? example, is it for lights, audio, aircon? You also need a simple multimeter to check if it still shorted.

You may not need a new TCM with any luck. I would try unhooking the battery for a few minutes to see if it will reset the TCM.
TCM = They Cost Much $. If you need to replace it you should be able to get one at a local parts house - avoid the dealership if you can. I wouldn't trust on-line stuff for this unless you know the source.
