I am having the same problem, it goes well and sudently stops, restarting well a while later. I am suspecting the computer. Resetting the computer has fixed the problem for a few days... to reset the computer simply disconnect the battery negative for 30 sec. Try this. The engine in this car is controlled by a computer, whenever you have a stall like this the computer will record a fault code for the event, you must have the system scanned to get that code, then based on the code you start the diagnostic to repair the problem, which in your case is likely a CKP sensor. But that is just a guess, don't replace anything until the testing confirms it is the problem.
The owner should locate the fuel pump first before servicing . prepare the equipment to use in servicing the the fuel pump.The owner of the car should adjust the the Idle. Start the car and check the fuel pump Idle and adjust until the car can drive when it is place into gear.the problem in the car is in the Idle, it means that there is low fuel passing to the fuel pump, that is why the car when it drives or the strength of the car is low when placed into drive. there fore adjusting the Idle until the car will drive when placed into gear is the solution.If the owner don't have time to do it then the owner of the car should go to a car mechanic to do the task or job.
