SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
An intermittent rough idle may occur during cold engine operation, within 3 minutes after engine start up, in rainy weather and temperatures of approximately 30° to 50°F.

PARTS REQUIRED:
Quantity Part Number Part Name 1 4288298 Idle Air Control Motor (IAC) REPAIR PROCEDURE:

  2. Install new IAC motor (P/N 4288298) and rubber O-ring, torque to 2 Nm (17 in. lbs).

Where is the 02 sensor located on an 89 lebaron

hi the o2 sensor should be located either on the downpipes manifold from the engine or, part way along the exhaust under the car, it looks like a tube sticking out with wires connected to it...hope that helps

89 Chrysler New Yorker , heater/blower came on while driving, can't turn it off. The buttons don't work.

Try a new heater blower motor resister, most likely shorted out, the resister controls blower speeds, and also makes blower run.
