You loosen the bolt and they dont come off there stuck in the starter pull with pliers or let me now whats going on thanks pierre

If metric, try using an American size on it even if you need to hammer it on (within reason) If American size go the other way with a metric socket.

You will probably have to drill and tap the hole. Before you do this ... consider a helicoil repair. http://www.noblefix.com/helicoil.htm
