unhook battery -take tension of belt- unhook wires from alternator-take out any bolts connected & brackets connected-install in reversed pattern. if you forget how things go take pics.- video-draw diagrams ,whatever works best for you.

dayco belts come with the belt routing on the box when you buy them.the 4.3 v6 has both routings on the box

Are you sure it's a 2002? AutoZone doesn't show the Jimmy for 2002, but for 2001 here is the diagram you're looking for.

I don't have the wiring diagram, but here is how it is wired, the large red lead bolts to the insulated stud on the back of the alternator, the other 2 smaller wires are to the "D" connector, go to a good parts store like NAPA or CAR QUEST and ask for a repair connector for your alternator, it will be a stub connector with 2 wires in it, just splice it to the old wires and plug it in, one wire is bigger than the other so it's hard to screw that up.
