Question about 2005 Honda CR-V
I have a problem recently with my 2005 Honda CRV. If the headlights are inadvertently left on after driving, the warning chime does not go off. As a result, my husband in particular has forgotten to shut off the lights and drained the battery a few times. Then this week it happened to me once. I know I can take it to a dealership to be looked at, but is there an easy fix for this that we might be able to do on our own?
I just found an answer at an auto forum site on the web. The problem is the door switch in the door. It thinks the door is "closed" when it is in fact open. So fix the door sensor switch in the driver's door
