Question about 1989 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme
I just bought this car and it runs great but the turn signals will only turn on if I flip the switch in place and then pull it toward me until it "connects" which is also turning on the brights. I also have to hold it in place or they stop blinking. This is very strange. I would like to try and fix it myself, but not sure where to start.
Thanks in advance...
It turns out the fuse was taken out for the turn signals because there is a short somewhere in the steering column that causes it to smoke and burn. I'm taking it to a mechanic - sigh.
