If the 3ed brake light works , rapidly move hazard switch back & forth & recheck, if they now work change turn signal switch , they are being canceled by switch

Make sure all bulbs are working. All blinkers, tail lights, brake lights etc. I know you mentioned most of these lights work, however it only takes one light to throw off several others. Trace wiring from each as far as possible to locate a possible break in the wiring (shorts). Also, check the headlights and make sure they are plugged in all the way (even tho they work). Also check all relays. One dirty connection can cause all sorts of problems. Jeeps also are known for their poor wiring and common electrical issues.

No brake lights

that leaves only 1 thing WIRE (and sub catagory connectors, same really)
use a walfar $10 volt meter, and stop guessing.
start any where you want, the lamps the middle or like me
the fuse.
12v both sides of the brake fuse? no? then you need to learn real fuse testing, use a voltmeter. it will never ever lie to you like eye balls on fuse can.

Brake lights on my wrangler won't work

Check the fuses under the dash. If they are o.k. Check the bulbs. If they are o.k. then it may be the combination switch. (turn signal switch)

Rear Brake Lights not working, 3rd light is working

check the fuse for the stoplights. Even though the 3rd one is working it should be on a different fuse. With both of them not working even after you changed the bulb it would seem to lead to a fuse.

hello sounds like a bad or loose wire on your brake switch up under your dash follow your brake pedal upward push down on your pedal now watch as you let it go slowley where it touches the skinny flat area of your petal touches a switch about 10 inches up from the bottom you should see a button sticking thru a bracket were your pedal touches check and jiggle wire if no lights change switch goodluck
