My Windshield Wipers work, but in the park position, they face straight up...not down where they should be, how can i fix this and can i do it without replacing parts?

There is no fix without parts. What is causing this is the wiper module which is attatched to the wiper motor in the front. It has a black cover with 3 torx head screws about 4" x 5". The replacement part from Cardone is about $35 and fixes this issue. It has been common on GM products for a while now. Here is the part number from Auto Zone and is called a wiper motor pulse board module Part Number: 81-1012PB and from them runs about $45. I m sure you can find them online for less. These take about 5 minutes to replace.

My 1991 chevy silverado wipers work sometimes and sometimes they don't. i can't figure it out. how do i fix the problem so they always work?

Sounds as though you have a short lift hood and and giggle wires going to wiper mot-er while wiper switch is on if it starts that means you have a short. If not replace wiper motor.

Have a 2000 Isuzu rodeo v6. When I go to start

Sounds like the motor has shorted and is receiving an intermittent signal. I would try a pick n pull salvage yard and replace the motor; it should not cost much at all.

Windshield wipers stay up on the windshield, wont go back down when i shut them off

There is a wiper pulse board on the wiper motor itself that is failing, this can be replaced without replacing the entire unit.
