Thanks for all the help.
I have never had too deal with a rotary engine before and I see that this is unique to this type engine. No start flooded and I followed all the tips for this and the prevention and every thing has been fine.

Thank you again

IF the Car won't start even after trying to jump it try jumping it straight from the terminals without the battery hooked up. If that don't work there is a chance that while trying to start, being fuel injected, it may have floodded it. You can then try to take out the spark plugs and soak in gasoline and clean them with a wire brush and re-insert.

Check coil packs for discoloration on the back side. if so, replace them. the check plugs. if fouled replace them. then when all repaired and running, spray saltwater on the plug wires. and if theres a light show, replace the wires. please use oem parts or performance parts. cheap aftermarket parts will only cause more problems.

Car won't start

Does the car try to start at all when you turn key? If it does try but just won't start then it could be flooded. If you had it started and running the night before and say went arond o the store rewl quick and back home hen it wouldn't start the next morning.. I would bet money he engine is flooded. Its an expensive fix at dealer, but you can do I yourself for free with one socket and a few minutes.

When i park my mazda rx8 in my garage i can smell fuel coming form rear underside of vehicle.

Check for loose clamps on the fuel lines leading out of the fuel tank. Don't be afraid to stick your hands where you can't see. You might be able to find a leak. Or your fuel tank is releasing pressure from the gas cap.
