A washer pump in a car's windshield wiping system moves washer fluid from a reservoir through hoses. The motorized pump pressurizes the fluid to allow it to be squirted from the hoses through nozzles onto the front and/or rear windshield of a car. The washer fluid helps windshield wipers get rid of rain, dirt, or other objects that can interfere with a driver's visibility. If your washer fluid is not being sent out when activated, the solution could simply be filling the washer system's reservoir with more fluid or cleaning the nozzles and hoses. In more severe cases, the washer pump may need to be replaced. Here are steps to troubleshoot a windshield-washer pump.
The hose could be clogged ! Do you know where you add the washer fluid ? Somewhere on the bottom of that plastic bottle is the washer pump .

First try to clean out the squirter nozzles.Take a very small wire, sometimes a staple works great, and stick it into the nozzle to clear any debris. Then try to spray it again. If this didn't solve the problem and the debris is cleared, then you either have a weak or blocked pump, which is located on the washer reservoir itself.Hope I could help!!! Rate me accordingly!! Thanks!
The only thing that you can do to resolve this is to Replace the Washer Pump. It should go half way up at Any given time. It sounds like what you said, It is a Weak Motor. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
Remove the windshield wipers. Pull away from windshield until and use a screwdriver to pry clip on bottom of wiper arm and remove entire arm from mount. Now remove shroud that is under wiper arms you just replaced. After you move the shroud, you should be able to get at the pump.
