My suspicion is a starter going bad. Sometimes when starters get old and worn they will start good when the engine is cold but not when the engine is warmed up. Did you perhaps notice that lately is seemed to drag when you tried starting, especially warm or it seemed to crank a little slower? I'd replace the starter. Hope this helps.
The best thing to do then would be to start it up and let it run long enough to make it not start. After you shut it off, try to restart. when it doesn't, stop and pull one of the spark plugs. If it is wet then the truck is getting fuel and it's an ignition problem. If it's dry then for some reason your fuel system is being shut off by temperature and resetting after it cools off. I'd be looking at relays first and possibly poor wire connections being the culprit. It is obviously temperature sensitive but not necessarily heat from the engine. Most electrical components like relays generate their own heat and I suspect the problem is there because if engine heat was the problem the time span for the no-start condition would be a lot more narrow than it is.

The starter cranks forever [on a restart] but it won't catch if you try to restart the engine after 5 minutes or 5 hours of operation and turn it off.
Tks Hippycy....will try your suggestion today and post back....Thanks Again ;>)
