FUEL FILTER,,IF IT IS OLD-REPLACE!
FUEL PUMP NOT REALLY SUSPECT.....BUT POSSIBLE AS IN A THERMAL SHORTING (AFTER A SHORT TIME)
YOU HAVE TO DETERMINE WHETHER THIS DELAYED STALL ISSUE, IS COMING FROM A FUEL OR ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTION. IE: ELECTRIC CUT OUT...SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER...FUEL ISSUES: ROUGH RU..THEN SHUTS DOWNNING, BUCKING & SURGING
IF YOUR NOT FIXED...JEFF AT: JLGPROP@!YAHOO.COM THE WORX GROUP L.L.C.
spark plugs need to be changed, also check the battery and make sure to have it topped up with distilled water so it keeps a charge. also go buy four to five spark plugs from Canadian tire. if you can or wherever you are able to find them. also make sure the spark plugs add up with the model. please get back to me on this if you have any more questions, thanks.
Sort of indicates the electrical distribution needs attention. Good that you replaced the battery and alternator but you still have an issue with some power loss, like wiggling wires restores connectivity. Start at the battery, use a wire brush, and some water mixed with baking soda if you see any green or powdery corrosion to dip your battery cable ends in. Usually the wire brush cleans well enough, you want all connections shiny metal to metal contact. Follow both cables and the splices or pigtails to where they connect, like that alternate positive post. The more you can remove, clean, and retighten all the connections you can, the more likely you wont have such gremlins reappear.
Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities.
It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then
it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure
or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty
ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

Check the battery and the Alternator. Sometimes with these Saabs, when the alternator or the battery start to go bad, you will have many different symptoms all to do with just one issue. You can remove the battery and the alternator, take it to a parts store and they do free testing on those and they can tell you if either is bad or not. The Alternator needs to be out of the vehicle to be tested.
The spark you are getting is to weak.Check and clean the wires from the coil pack.If they are ok then change the coil pack. Then the crank sensor.Hope that was helpfull.
Have you tested the system for trouble codes??
