Question about 2007 Audi A6 Avant Wagon

Main computer display panel Audio estate A6 5 years old

My main computer display panel has suddenly stopped showing the radio information and the outside temperature. It does show the automatic gears at the bottom and it does give the red warning about putting your foot on the pedal before putting into gear. Otherwise have played with the a and b button on the end of the wiper lever but nothing happens.

Any ideas????

There is a button on the bottom of your windshield wiper control arm. Push it once to turn on or off the computer display. Hold it to clear the current information. At the end of the arm is a "up/down" button for changing which info you would like to see (miles to empty, current mpg, etc.)
Happy driving!

What is the radio code for renault senic Model 22DC279/62P See this picture Thanks

First question I will ask, Did you replace the internal battery? Then what year is your Renault? Always provide the most information such as year.
Most code that worked for others is 0515
Yet I have a list of codes:
The codes I choose are for years 2001 -2004
May I suggest that you disconnect the negative side of the battery for five minutes. Then reconnect. This procedure reset the main computer which in turn might reset all codes program.

No dash lights when headlights are turned on. Everything works fine on my vehicle EXCEPT today the panel lights don't work. Turn signals, hazard blinker, oil gauge, rpm gauge, speedometer, drive shift...

there is a regulator for the display brightness, you may have it turn'd down or it has stopped working;. it controls the brightness at which the dash lights are. usually has a speedo sign on it. goes up and down. it works with the main light and is conecter to them on the same lighting board if it has gone then a new light swtch control switch will be needed.

Does it do this on all radio stations? Some stations don't broadcast that information, some do. Also there may be an info button somewhere on the radio, try pushing that to see if it comes up.

In dash display with clock, radio station indicator and outside temp.doesn't work, just all of sudden...Everything else is O.K.

My audio and clock display stopped working all of a sudden. The audio system still worked fine. I had all my fuses checked previously and was told it could cost up to $800 to fix by Mazda. I pulled out fuse 31 and wiped it clean, reinserted it and now my display works as good as new. Thanks to those on this site for your help.

Radio and A/C cut completely out, preceded by a slight electrical snap. 2. Driver Information display shows gibberish writing. Once in past, we corrcted this problem by disconnecting and reconnecting

There is a fuse at the passenger side footboard that has blown. Sitting in the seat, your toes point to the panel that needs to be removed (bottom of glove box facing down). There should be a 15a fuse in there that has blown. Replace it last. First you need to find the short behind the radio and a/c control panel. Sometimes they are difficult to find but look carefully around areas where the wire harness has been near a sharp corner or surface. You should find it in there. If not, the short is located in the main harness near the fuse panel. I wouldn't advise going in there, you should just take it to an automotive electrical specialist if you cannot find it because you will pull your own hair out trying to find it and it really isn't something that I can easily tell you how to do. Those starting points should help you out though and Good Luck!

    Radio display does not work

Honda has a problem with the PCB board in the radio, See your Honda dealer for repair info. Service bulletin 04-027 says:

"In some audio units, a component failure on the PCB
(printed circuit board) could cause the audio display to
become dark or dim, and prevent the audio/HVAC
    panel buttons from illuminating.
To ensure that customers have adequate warranty
coverage for this potential problem, American Honda is
increasing the warranty on the audio unit display to
7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first. For
other defects the standard 3 years or 36,000 miles
    warranty applies, whichever occurs first."
