I doubt its the battery most likely the starter or possibly a bad connection on the batteries terminal but not likely.

The car won't start but everything else works (dashboard, lights, windows, radio). If jumped it starts right away but doesn't seem to be holding charged when turned off

Battery may be defective, charging system may be bad.
I had a similar issue years ago, and the "new" battery was defective.

Have a 2002 escalade wont start, lights and everything comes on not turning over

If the security light is not staying on, I would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch.

When I drove home from work friday everything fine. When I went to start teh car today I just get clicking sound does not turn over. Radio and lights work. 2006 Sonata.

Battery is too low to turn the engine over. Get it jumped and drive it to AutoZone. They will run a free diagnostic and tell you whether it's the battery or the alternator.

Can't get into my screen its locked

Maserati claims if you remove power from the radio by unplugging it or removing the fuse and then power it back up and do not enter a 4 digit code before turning the key back off than the system will be locked out for good.
I do not know how true this is though. Try removing the fuse again. See if the screen comes up were it will allow you to enter the code and try to see if it will let you enter it. Hopefully it works because that is a 7k radio (nit). You can also try removing the battery terminals to reset the car, but I would recommend the dealer do that because these cars are very finicky.
If the NIT screen says wait 20 minutes all the time no matter what, then you need a new NIT module, under warranty of course. Jeremy is absolutely correct in that if the NIT is in security mode waiting for a code and power is interrupted or voltage is too low, it will PERMANATELY lock.

Engine will not start/adio does not work but int/ext lights ok

this is most likely the battery protection relay, this is part of the lighting control module (LCM/GEM), your dealer can test test it but the issue may have been related to the cold, this module controls almost everything except the engine and trans.

It turned out that disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it reset the control module and fixed the problem.
