Are you trying to replace one of the turn/hazard signal bulbs? If so, which one. The backside of the bulb will turn about a quarter turn and come out the back side of the housing then you can change the bulb out as usual.

Looked under dash on drivers side......nothing. Took apart sterring column and still no flasher.....what the heck? Please help.

The flasher should be located under the dash on the drivers side in the fuse block. it will either be a silver round style plug in or a square black style plug in... good luck...please rate this

The flasher is mounted to the back side of the multi-function switch. To gain access the upper steering column cover must be removed.

the timing is off you need to readjust it. most likely the motor is running rough because of inaccurate combustion.
