I have the same problem. I took the car in to have the struts replaced and when I got it back the ABS light and check engine light was on and none of the gauges worked.

I have the same problem the abs light comes on and I loose all my gauges on the dash board, speedometer, mph, gas gauge, temp gauge and the light that shows what gear you are in. also my automatic lock doors dont work. I will drive for a while (sometimes days) and all of the sudden the abs light goes off and I regain all my gauges.

What on the dash is not working? When does the ABS light come on? Check all fuses- one fuse box under dash and one under the hood. Please explain in more detail of what is working and not working.

To fix the dash going out try this. This is a common problem with the voyager, caravans and Town & Countrys. What the problem is is a cold soder in the interment cluster itself. The problem area is where the plug comes from the van into the cluster. You need to take the circuit board out of the cluster and reheat the soder on the back side of the circuit board were the plug plugs into. This will fix the cold soder permanitly I think its about 16 pins you have to reheat with the soder gun. If you don't feel comfrotable doing that you can just replace the interment cluster and it will be fine but if you buy a used one make sure it was tested. This also may fix the ABS light. Hope this helps I have done several of them.

How do I realize, that it has ABS system, thanks.

when you start the car, all of the dash lights come on. this is to ensure that the warning lights are working. if a yellow light comes on that has the letters ABS, then you have ABS. or open the hood and look near the master brake cylinder, located on the drivers side on the firewall (dividing wall between engine and passenger compartment). there will be a device with small cylindrical actuators attached to it with brake lines attached.

I just got a 1998 PLY Voyager 3.3 o.d. trans. 1. Problem lights blink on & off on rear wiper buttons.2. head lights stay on after i turn off engine day or night.3.Doors a jar dash light stays on.4.air...

Problem #1 The blinking lights in the rear wiper rear defrost area can be reset by holding 2 buttons of the 3 on the left hand side. The top and bottom buttons. Turn the key on and hold them for about 10 sec and they should start flashing differently. Just let it do this. After they start flashing different. It will take 5 to 10 mins. Then one or more will quit flashing all together. If they don't after about 20 min reset them again it can take about 5 trys sometimes before they all go out. Also to fix the dash going out try this. On dash board fuel empty light does no display but ABS display

the fuel light might possibly just be burned out, easy fix, the abs light could be because of low brake fluid pressure, or some other brake problem, hope this helps

Reeset

This is simple on the dash board in your cluster area, there is a rest button, like to one you use to rest trip mileage. Turn you ignition on to the for position, that without the light in the cluster are on eg the abs light and stuff like that. Push down on the reset button for 10 seconds. Still holding the rest button turn the ignition on to the 3rd position this where the abs lights and other come on in the cluster area. Hold for another 10 seconds. Then release the light should go out when vehicle is started. Good Luck

Abs and hand brake light

Check your master cylinder switch in the res. is not stuck down. When started is the light off until you go over 15 mph? If so check your abs relay. Good luck

Brake lights for nissan pulsar 1998,abs lights for same

check the fuses for the rear tail lights, check the lights, make sure they are not burnt out. (abs cable is probably not the problem, but have it changed so you know that there isn't one)
