Hi,
Looks like your head cover gasket is leaking.
Pull out the tappet/head cover, clean it down, remove the rubber gasket around that gasket. Check the rubber gasket if it still flexible, if not, buy a new one and install it. Use some silicone sealant to seal the rubber gasket.
Install it back and don't over tighten it!
Hope that helps you out.
Thanks for asking FixYa!

I have a mercedes c230k and 0il is leaking on drive belt and front of motor it's wet and gunk down motor front need to clean to find problem will gunk hurt anything

Any type of oil can cause problems to areas not designed to have oil on lt. Make concern is to repair your oil leak as soon as possible. Sounds like it could be your camshaft front seal. Or a simple valve cover gasket.

What would cause the van to start spitting sputtering misfire when going up hill or encline

Could be clogged fuel injectors. I had a problem similar to this. Car ran okay on flat areas but would spit and sputter going up inclines. I took mine to an oil change place and they ran a cleaner through the system. This fixed the problem and I put an injector cleaner in with every 3rd tank of gas to keep this from happening again.

Oil leaking from front of motor

most probably from the front crank shaft seal behind the harmonic balancer or pulley. Check sump gasket in this area as well

My car spits and spuders what could be the proplem

my wife had the same car with the 3.1L motor.they are notorious for the head gaskets. we checked everything on the car. turned out to be a bad piston. do a compression check on the pistons. also chec the oil and antifreeze make sure oil is not frothy. this would indicate a bad head gasket

Ford C4 Auto gearbox spits oil

It sounds like it could be overfilled, but that will be easy enough to check on the dipstick. Should be checked with the engine idling in neutral. Otherwise, the trans could be overheating, causing the oil to expand to the point that it spits out the breather. Pull the dipstick and check the fluid condition, if it's dark and smells burnt, the trans may be slipping or overheating for some other reason, and it's probably time to get a trans shop involved. You should probably run an auxiliary cooler at the radiator area in the type of application you describe, especially if you're gonna be using the gas pedal fairly heavily! Sounds like a sweet car, lots of fun to be had in something like that.
