The blower only works on high?
If so it sounds like you need a new blower motor resistor/module. It will be located on the passenger side behind the glove box.
Try slightly moving the steering wheel from left to right while trying to remove the key. If that doesn't work, try spraying a little bit of LOC-EASE in the cylinder, Good luck, Gary
sounds like the heater is drawing down the battery. Which would be a battery or alternator problem most likely. If not check the amp draw of the blower motor .
