Question about BMW 318
Check the relay, most probably under the hood, and check the fuse, most probably under the steering wheel near pedals. If u have two fans, most times the 2nd fan is driven by a strap from hte 1st motor, if so, check to see if its broken. If it does need a strap, should turn freely by hand since it has no motor or strap.
