Question about 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier
1999 chevy cavalier 2.4 Z24
Did you have oil in it. depending on the severity of the overheat you may have seized the engine. You also could have a head gasket problem. The cooling system on these little cars can overheat in heavy traffic and going up a hill a little too fast. Solution? If it started and showed white smoke out of the exhaust. Head Gasket. If it won't turn over with the starter it's seized. Both will cost a mint. If you had no oil engine could now be junk.
