It sounds like it could be the throttle position sensor.

There is a seriously good vidoe on how to test the TPS here:

Buzzing and Ignition Issues

Sounds like a weak battery, or bad connections at the battery/etc. Could also be a security system issue. Without hearing the noise it is difficult to help you pinpoint it. Maybe compile some more info with specifics like when? how often? cold or hot engine? cold or hot outside? Does the engine crank slow/start normal when it does start? Do you have any non-Honda alarms/gps/tracking systems installed? If so, that's where to start. 99.9% of the time these types of probs show up with non-factory security systems installed, it's caused by the aftermarket product, or sloppy installation by vendor.

Car star when is cold but if I stop the engine after is hot it will not start until cool of again

If you mean that it starts fine when cold, but if you stop & turn off the engine (to to pop into a shop for example) then try to restart and get absolutely no turning over, then you need to replace your battery. It has a short or crack which is expanding when hot creating your problem.

My 98 acura integra 1.8 liter non vtec will not start but is turning over fine. i know the spark plugs are not firing so i changed the ignition coil and that did not work.. what would make it do that it...

Your vehicle may be part of a recall from Hinda/Acura. This recall involves most models, years 1998-2002. Defective part is Ignition Switch. Typical symptoms include: Random Long/Hard starts, stalls while driving (when this happens speedo drops to "0" while car is in motion), No spark, some warning lights are not lit (when key is set to "ON")..typically happens more often in hotter or humid weather. Call your local dealer with your VIN# on hand, and refer to a 2002 Honda/Acura recall regarding Ignition Switch Failure.

I need a wiring diagram for a 1994 accura integra

Visit the autozone.com website and register the car's information. It's free and you will have access to an online repair manual for the car. The wiring diagrams can be found there. ( I checked). Hope this helped and best wishes.

Runs 5 minutes then dies. Won't start until engine is cold.

Try the WD-40 spray in intake of throttle body with air intake hose off, to see if it will kick at all, even for a second or 2. We need to confirm whether your losing fuel or spark when it dies. Ignition & fuel, can cause similar symptoms in this case.

If some one disconnected the alarm, and did not do it all the way, this definatly will cause a problem, you cannot only remove half of an alarm, the whole things need to be removed.

COLD IGNITION IDLE PROBLEM

You may have to recalibrate the PCM, the system is set up for a certain injector flow rate, by changing that you have upset the balance of programming stored in the PCM.
